We have our PDI in April 2017 and are making a long drive from California. I had no hesitation about making the 2,000 plus mile drive until I heard of many owners not impressed with the quality of service they received from Entegra. I originally though who best to work on my Anthem than the builder, but some of the bad reviews has me a little worried. I have had nothing but great experiences with Entegra when it comes to all the warranty parts they have sent me and guidance they have provided.

Mine was also returned much dirtier than when we left it. The workorder said it was washed, but don't count on it being clean.

Don't wait until the end of your warranty period because there will still be problems after the PDI. Our radio/navi was repaired at PDI but totally stopped functioning before we got home. Dealer at home worked with Riverpark to replace not repair system.

Dec. 19 represents the current scheduling backlog. The rep indicated they had ample openings between then and March.. wonder why???

Better bring a coat!

Thanks again,

Better bring a SNOW SHOVEL 😀
Plan on taking PJ's class. We took it today and found out lots of good information and very well presented plus he makes it fun !

Hey, mine's in April 2017 and I'm coming from CA also. When is your appointment? Mine is April 17th, and we're trekking from Ventura county.

What a small world. We need to be there by April 11th. Making the long journey from Thousand Oaks, CA. I have a fairly large list. I'm guessing it will take two weeks.

Do you know that the Entegra Homecoming is the week of the 17th? I'm hoping that is not going to be a issue getting the repairs done.

Hopefully "Homecoming" is where the Tech return from all of the rallies and all will be onsite.
