2020 Anthem, the bezel that goes on the camera lens in the mirror fell off. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? Thanks in advance for any assistance guys.

Contact your entegra dealer or any NIRVC parts department. If it needs painted, you can coordinate everything with our body shop as well.

Do you have a photo of this? I've never heard of the camera bezel coming off.

Contacted Entergra and NIRVC. Neither one could get a replacement?? Anyone know who manufacture is?

Pretty sad that Entegra can't support a 3 year old product.

I'd call Ramco. I think its called an InVue Camera system.

You have to replace the lower mirror assembly with the camera. You cannot just get the bezel. You must purchase the entire glass assembly with the camera. Contact Tim Cave at the Dallas location and he can assist you.

Manufacturers buy whole modules from vendors and dealers buy whole part numbers from the RV manufacturer. If there is no available part numbers for a module, such as a mirror, they cant do much except offer a whole new camera assembly. That's why it's best to go direct to the component manufacturer, which is Ramco in this case. I've found in the past that they may not typically have the part that you are looking for in their system but will generally get you going somehow. I've had that in the past where they just send you what you need at no charge to bypass the red tape and keep you happy.

I just had to go though that on my toad. Driver side mirror glass joined Dorthy during Hurricane Ian. Ordered a new glass, went to install it, but the mounting ring on the control motor also left with the mirror. Have to purchased the complete motor for the $2. ring at $59 to $85. for the motor. Purchased a complete new power mirror from Rock Auto for $42. The parts world had gone nuts.

Nobody fixes anything anymore, parts are all made for Remove and Replace mechanics. Sad but true, I just experienced the same type of issue.

Here are a couple of pictures of that camera assembly. The rim of the camera is initially black, but we have found that it can discolor and eventually fade to gold (couldn't find an old camera). There are split rings on the barrel of the camera that allow you to angle the camera versus it laying flush in the glass. Typically, passenger side cameras on Jayco/Entegra units are angled to help avoid picking up the awnings in the camera view....hope this help clear your question up.
