I would hope fixing those sharp corners might be something Entegra would correct at PDI time? I talked to one owner last year who had some nasty cuts from them.
Chuck, in regard to the stain, Entegra will sell it to you in 1 pint increments. However, you normally need to order it via a dealer - if you do that make sure you aren't required to pay shipping charges. I bought a pint from Hope's RV and had it shipped to me, the shipping was $40 due to hazardous material packaging requirements!
If you are in Middlebury and ask your service adviser nicely they will try and get it for you from the shop that does the cabinet work for Entegra - Chase is the name of that outfit I believe. I bought more while I was there recently, I think the cost was about $20/pt.
Also beware, this is not your ordinary Minwax type stain. It is water thin and intended for spraying. When I did our dishwasher install I used it with a
Preval sprayer and got a perfect match on the filler pieces that were needed. Spray on a thin light coat, then another if needed until the tone is even and matches your other woodwork - do not wipe - let it dry thoroughly then topcoat. Not sure what the topcoat is that Entegra uses - I used
Minwax Polycrylic (water based) in a spray can - I like it because it's hard, won't yellow and dries very quickly.
