CAUTION - Buyer beware of this trailer

There are some shady people out there! I was negotiating on a 2023 ATC 26' stacker from a private seller (not the person who made this posted in the pic) and just found out while doing my due diligence the trailer had $31k in damage to it during transport. Seller claimed it only had a very minor cosmetic damage to front rock guard. Only after being confronted with info directly from ATC did he admit he bought it at an auction and fixed it for $11k. When asked if it had been damaged he did not disclose the extensive damage it had. He apparently just bought it to flip it after fixing it on the cheap. Thank god ATC is such a great company!! Be careful and stay away from this one!
