Changed the house batteries & missed labeling one wire
Changed out the house batteries today and missed labeling one wire - got the wiring layout from Entegra but not sure it is listed.
It's a single gray wire coming into the battery box. Anyone have an idea what it is.

The gray wires on my battery change were the temp sensors to the Magnum charge. One goes to each 12v bank on the negative terminal.

Thanks all for the confirm - I really hope we have a plug & play Lithium option before I ever have to do that again!

It is about as close as it is going to get now with just plunging in the new duel Magnum controller and change a couple of connecting cables. Even that gray wire is deleted. I know I wont fight those 124 lbs FallRivers again.

Your other thread also put another DIY project on my list of changing to the Magnum controller just to start preping for Lithium.

If nothing else; it would take the charging off of the Firefly and never have to worry about constantly changing charger settings. It took one year after the charging problems were discovered to finally get a full 13.6v float charge on my batteries. Others have been reporting that for no reason their absorb time defaults back to 2.5 hours instead of 3. All of those problem only shorten the life of the new batteries we have installed. Changing controllers now, would eliminate that. That was suggest to me by Entegra when I had the charging problem and was at the factory with it. and Firefly couldn't find the problem.

That is what I think finally killed the batteries. Took several mts of checking different things to find that charging profile at some point had changed to default and not AGM2 "based off your posting". Got almost 5 years out of them before having to change them at least, so do not feel that bad compared to what others have reported.
Have a custom profile set up now - just another thing to keep an eye on.

5 years is the life expectancy and good to reach that in our coaches. My 21 the L16's lasted less than 2 year. It never sat on a dealers lot to be abused, just poor charging caused by the Firefly control.
