I had the same problem with the front air tank cycling every 3 to 4 minutes and pressure reading lower than the rear tank. When parked the front end would loose pressure and sag in 10 to 12 hours. I took the coach to NIRV and they found several misc. air leaks, replaced both front air bags and the air dryer. I brought the coach home last week and the front tank still cycles on occasion but not at a regular interval. I think it's the Hadley air leveling that was causing the front tank to cycle but it went as long as 20 minutes before it got low enough for the air compressor to kick in so I'm comfortable NIRV got all the leaks fixed.

I had been under the coach looking for leaks and couldn't find anything but I didn't check the air bags. Apparently they were leaking at the top where the rubber connected to the mounting plate and they were not making much noise or I would have heard. Got long winded on the post but be sure and check the air bags if your having this problem..........from what I heard I'm not the first to have an air bag problem.

John, on a long run where I don't need to use brakes my rear gauge hardly moves and the front only cycles every 2-2.5 hours.

I have checked for leaks with soapy water and listening but have found nothing. The pressure will build back when the engine is started and hold steady while driving, matching the rear air pressure. If anyone has a suggestion we would like to hear.
The front air gauge is for the front brakes, and any added accessories such as the entrance door solenoid and the pocket door solenoid. I would check these two areas for a leak as well as the lines going to the controllers on the firewall for the pocket and entrance door.

Just to report back on this subject...

ended up being my master valve being the culprit and was leaking..

I was told these sometimes leak and sometimes don't when there going bad..

still a bit confused that for almost a year of owning the coach it was fine..

I showed up to my pdi at entegra and the spartan guy claimed he found this issue and fixed it. but then on my way home it didn't seem right. re-took it to a freight liner dealer and they are telling me the same thing .. my master valve is bad.

so whether or not entegra spartan shop did the repair... I don't know..

bro box pointed out he had the same basic experience at entegras spartan shop
so just be careful and follow through with the repairs where ever you go I guess..

Master dump valve. It controls the dumping of the air bags when you level and also controls the reinflation of the air bags. It is located behind the generator on the frame.

Be very careful with the master dump valve. If you touch the button the coach will come down very quickly. You do not want to be under it when it does.

John,

Good point, not something to be messing with unless you are over a pit.
