I ordered the lock assembly from Summit. Should have it today or tomorrow. As soon as I get it I will let you know what I got. It cost $135 plus $25 for shipping to New Jersey.

Just received my new entry door lock.
The only thing you get from summit is the chrome outside piece with new keys. I believe if you order directly from Trimark you receive the inside piece also. Click image for larger version

Are the keys the same number as before? If not, you should be able to swap the lock cylinders for the old cylinders, right? Or are they pressed in and not removable?

Not sure yet. The motor home is at home and I'm at work. Will know tonight when I get home. Will let you know about the keys then.

Chrome entry door lock

Cruzer. The keys are different and it looks like the lock mechanism is pressed in so I didn't want to mess with it. Took about 10 minutes. As you can see I also changed out the marker lights and installed chrome handles on all the bay doors Click image for larger version

Chrome entry door lock

FYI on entry door keys. I have checked with some 2012 thru 2017 Entegra owners and it looks like we ALL have the same key number for the lower entry door lock. If you check the number on your key for the lower lock I would be surprised if your key number is not #1141. What this means is if you lock the entry door with the key fob or the remote above the bed there are many other keys that will open your lower door lock. Yes the alarm will go off for about 30 seconds but I don't know if anyone pays attention to vehicle alarms. It takes a master key to remove the lower cylinder available from TriMark along with a different lock cylinder number for a fee. Just FYI.

That 1141 key does seem to be popular. Ours, too.

Thanks for pointing that out! I tend to like keys more than remotes and such and often just lock that handle lock with the key when we leave the coach.....I'll change that habit and use the dead bolt I guess.

So all the black handles have the #1141 key, so do the chrome handles from Summit all have the same key also? Are they #1141 too?

The chrome handle I just installed does not have key 1141. The key numbers are in the "2000" series of numbers.
