Chrome Headlight trim repair...
On the 2016 and newer model years the front headlight chrome area has a trim ring that surrounds the square'ish area underneath the top light. This trim piece is molded onto the square with the top and bottom secured by double sided tape. As the tape loses it's adhesion the trim piece will begin to separate, mine, along with 2 other Coaches I have examined have had the lower portion come loose.
I was able to re-secure the pieces with 1/8" pop-rivets placed at 1" and 4.5" from the open end of the trim piece.
One picture shows the piece unsecured, the next 2 pictures show the finished securement and the 3rd picture are the tools used. While this only occurred on my passenger side H/L, I went ahead and secured the Driver's side in the same fashion, while barely visible when standing, close examination could look like a factory securement as both sides are identically done.
To try and clean out old dried tape, then attempt to insert new tape and secure the piece is difficult, as both sides of your double sided tape would be sticking to the top and bottom area.... in short, making a relatively simple fix more difficult to complete. I initially attempted to secure it with stainless steel screws but was not able to find a securement hold once past the thin chrome trim, hence, deciding to use rivets. The area behind the square portion may contain a void that does not allow for the threading of a screw.
I will be doing this repair on the other 2 Coaches I saw in the Resort as a preventitive measure soon.
