Coach-Net

We all got/get lots of marketing material due to the purchase of a new coach.

Today I got membership cards and materials for Coach-Net. The cards have the EC logo and indicate my membership has been active since the day we took delivery. I don't recall doing anything with Coach-Net. An obscure line in the brochure mentions needing to log in and pay dues.

Is this a scam/come-on of did we get a membership with our purchase?

Ask the dealer you bought from. Some do that and even pay for a membership to some brand clubs.

The membership is provided by Entegra. After we purchased out Anthem, Joyce called to welcome us to the Entegra family. She told us that we would be getting paperwork directly from CoachNet describing the membership benefits.

Yup, Entegra has been offering the coach-net membership for free since the beginning. I think it was to assist Entegra on repairs in areas where they didn't have dealers.

What does a Membership with Coach net do for an Entegra owner?

Many manufactures offer one or more years with Coach Net when a "new coach" is purchased. Nice touch, coach net is the best. IMO!

Tiffin also provides one year of free Coach-Net coverage with the purchase of a new coach.

It's a roadside assistance program. Full details here: Home Page - Coach-Net.com

Towing by tow companies experienced in MH towing. Road side assistance. 24 hour help desk with techs that can walk you through many problems like getting a stuck slide in on a Sunday morning. I know Joyce and Jacob are great, but they don't work 24 hours a day and Coach Net does. Coach Net also covers your tow vehicle and all of your cars in addition to the MH. I have paid for it out of pocket ever since my warranty expired and I would not leave home without it now. I even have the Coach Net app on my phone. I don't even need to tell them where I am, they get it off the GPS on my phone.

We used them once so far and it was on the tow. Great service. I really like the process and the questions they asked.

Entegra Warranty = fix things

Coachnet = get back on the road or towed to a service location

Interestingly at the Spartan training we were told we had Good Sam Road Service vs Coachnet. Do we have both?

Didn't know there was an app but I've got it now.

Thanks

The time I used C.N, the results were very good. It seems like they merged and this thread reminds me that my renewal was fouled up- merger?

Actually Entegra is available 24/7 since they have an after hours number. I've called it a couple times on weekends and a live person answered on the third ring! Not taking anything away from Coach Net who are great but wanted to make sure you knew about Entegras after hours service, too
