It was 3 years on the Classics. I have not heard of a shorter time on the newer models.

We have had Coach Net for approx. 15 years, have used them 3 times and all have been excellent. The first two times involved towing the Motorhome, they arranged the tow and repair. Just last week we had a blow out, they found a new tire sent out a repair truck, I paid for the new tire. Each time they found a repair facility and parts, called back with estimate and got my approval. I would not leave home without Coach Net.

It is 3 years BASIC coverage provided by Entegra on THE Motorhome and if you sell during that time period it STAYS with the motorhome.

As an additional FYI we now can upgrade to the PREMIER coverage which provides toad towing etc. plus other benefits for $70 per year ( we chose this option ) receiving credit so to speak for what Entegra payed for the Basic.

We tried to upgrade with Coach-Net after taking delivery last Nov. but it wasn't possible. We all have Joyce Skinner to THANK yet once again for negotiating this change of policy with Coach-Net.

We also have had Coach-Net coverage for years and although we've only needed their service on 2 occasions it has worked very good in our situations.

Thank's all, especially for letting me know about the complementary membership being 3 years instead of the 1 year I thought it was.

Brian, thanks for the tip on the upgrade. I just got off the phone with Coach-Net and did the $70 Premiere upgrade.

Pat & Denise, Glad to have helped.

I think part of the confusion on length of the Basic coverage provided by Entegra is Coach-Net for some reason issues us the coverage 1 year at a time but it does renew twice on anniversary for a total of 3 years.
