I have a 2013 Entegra Anthem. Two of the three motors have separated from their mounts. Running one A/C awaiting service at Lazydays Tampa. Anyone else with this issue?

My rear ac just died or I was away from the coach when it failed. My front ac failed while I was in the and it sounded like someone was inside the shroud beating with a baseball bat. I suppose the motor flailed around until I turned it off. The fan blades are the new ones and were installed per instructions. Site 34 thanks but Lazydays is taking care of it.
