I believe you will all find this list helpful.
The last list I composed was the list of things to consider when towing an Entegra Coach. I am now making an attempt to compile a list of service centers in each state that Entegra owners are happy with. So I need everyone's input for this extensive list. I have requested similar information from Joyce Skinner, Dir. of Customer Service at Entegra. I hope Entegra provides requested input. What I am asking for is a brief input in the following format:

RV Repair Facility Name
Quality Rating: 1-10
Works w/Entegra's Warranty: Y/N
Services Performed: i.e., Slide out, AC, AH, window replacement

I'll start this off with two facilities in the Phoenix, AZ, area:

1. Arizona

Paid directly by Entegra
Slide out Alignment, AC electrical troubleshooting, Aqua-Hot Maintenance, window replacement

2. Arizona

My service was non-warranty upgrade

Also, let me know of facilities to stay away from.

Will not keep service appointments. Work they do is normally incomplete.
If you do get in for service, you may be removed to ready a new MH that was just sold. This happens over and over. A 2 days service appointment turns into a week. So bad we took our coach to Entegra for warranty work.

Make sure you put the state and city in the list. When I used my example, Anthem is a city in Arizona, even though I have an Anthem from Entegra. Too funny!

I am a Newmar guy, but I have used all three of these places.

1 - Taylor Tours
2 - NIRVC (bought by coach from them)
3- Massey's Diesel & R.V. Repair

All top notch. Taylor tours did a lot of customization on my London Aire. Great people.

I live in AZ and can vouch for these places. Hope that helps.

Rebuilt engine (on previous non Entegra coach) due to EGR failure. Lived on coach for 10 days while they did the repair. Great service!
