Brian's very first picture is excellent. The convex mirror is at the bottom of the mirror assembly. If you look closely you can see the arrow shaped clips. The black circle with the diagonal white piece is what the convex mirror snaps into.

Thanks Brian for original post, great directions. I did this fix over the weekend. agree w/ Matt D, it's much better but still see too much coach
Pulling the mirror off until you see how it clips is unnerving. Seemed like it would break

Glad I could help. I have received no fewer than 15 requests for the RAMCO Instruction sheet since first posting this. 4 in the past week. Sadly, the instructions are not that great, but certainly better than nothing. As others have posted, you do have to be rather aggressive to remove the convex mirror, but once off, it is a very easy correction to the camera angle. I did have to adjust the mirror alignment slightly to improve the camera view. Loosen the 3/16" hex bolts and the entire mirror body is then adjustable.
