If there is no record of the radiator being replaced, take $5,000. off the price.
The aqua hot, remove the cover, three 9/16 bolts and check the motors. If they are square GRI 105's or 108's they have not been upgraded. The new motors are round Buhlers. There are 4 motors at about $200. each with the change over kit.
The items Dave mentioned were common on the 14's but most should have been repaired during warranty. I had many of the same issue, but when I sold that coach it was in better than new condition. The new owner has put many problem free miles on it since he has owned it.
