Cornerstone night shades

Hello,
Any day now our coach should arrive. I found this picture and have just one question for people in the Anthem or Cornerstone. Is this what the front shades really look like when closed? I know this had been addressed before but I think a picture speaks a thousand words. Is this picture for real or does it look better then that when closed?

Thank you!

I "guide" mine forward toward the windshield as they go down so they don't fold up like in the picture. Otherwise picture is spot on.

That pic looks messy because no care was taken when they were lowered. Meaning the shades can be guided and "arranged" so that they do their job and still look nice from the inside/outside. It's kinda like making your bed. You can throw the bedspread on and toss the pillows on top or you can take a few extra moments and make it look good.

Thank you. My entry was not meant to cause problems. I just wanted someone who had the coach to comment. And you did! I'm coming from a coach that had drapes up front. Again, thank you.

I had Entegra adjust the stoping to just after it touches the dash.

Maybe Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of next week for the delivery of our Cornerstone. I’m almost over the wait. LOL

BTW, we have been to sunny brook RV resort to check things out. Pictured above. (Close to our home in Michigan.) very nice. I hope to spend the night or a few days sometime soon. (Next year) The months fly by too fast!

The pic has the shades in the wrong position. They are meant to be lowered on the passenger side of the dash. This is why there are cuts at the bottom so they clear the steering wheel and column. If you lower them this way, they will also cover the gap to the side window shade and yield a darker sleeping area. If you are just using them for privacy you can stop them short of the dash top.

I questioned the shades during our test drive when I lowered them and they looked like that. To make things worse the rep that was with us said no,,, people normally do this,,, and draped the blind in front of the captains seat OVER THE STEERING WHEEL and the passenger side over he dash!! Made me think of a meat wrapping plant LOL!!! I said NO!!! I can't believe people are really doing that in a coach of this level.
