How did you get that? My 19 had none of the Corbels and Scroll work. On the 21, I had to custom order the crown molding as the 19 looked naked, and paid extra for it.

Ginny and I spent 3 days walking around and looking at RVs in the Tampa Show. It sure wore us out! I was really surprised at some of the junk that's out there. We spent most of our time looking at the 5th wheels since I believe that's where we'll end up but I did look at the "Super C" and a few others.

I still think either "Space Craft" or "New Horizons" is where we'll land. We like the idea of custom built.

My pre Thor 14 was a nightmare, more trips to the factory than a coach should. My post Thor's have both been good coaches, much better than the 14. JME as one owning both.

My 22 has had a few more problems but that is expected in year 1. The wood work was nicer in the 17 but I like so many features in the 22.

I get it that some people don’t care about these type of features but I kind of like them.

The remote connectivity and app control is 10 times better.
Digital dash.
Air leveling.
Shower water miser.
Powered window awnings.
360 camera
An adaptive cruise that works, adjust, and you can turn off.
Adjustable exhaust fans from vega touch.
Power drivers window.

Really both my 17 and 22 have been fun. Neither problem free but what RV is?

Been reading through the comments lately as the wife and I were on a hunt for a new to us coach for the past few months.

I have been contemplating over an early 2000's Prevost chassis conversion, actually looked at a 2003 Liberty, but we kept thinking something newer and the Cornerstones have been catching our eye over the past few years. We finally started looking seriously several months ago and I must admit, I have been surprised at what I was seeing in the newer ones. Personally, I have been more impressed with the quality of the 2013-2016~ish range than the past few years. I am one who keeps things for a long, long time and I when looking I not only look at the condition they are in now but envision the structure and amenities 15+ years down the road and I started having reservations.

Our 2003 Monaco Dynasty is still going strong looking and running better than the day it rolled out of the plant and I just don't see that a possibility with some of the newer stuff out there.

There is nothing on the market today that will top your 03 Monaco Dynasty or my previous 02 Travel Supreme construction wise. Sad to say, both are long gone and swallowed up by different manufactures.

My first coach was an '01 Dynasty twin screw and the build quality set the standard for me.... everything inside was first rate build quality cabinetry and finish. It has been down hill ever since. The argument is that owners don't want that build quality anymore or longevity or "darkness" and want everything lite, cheery, and poorly constructed. I've been somewhat disappointed ever since, but I DO have what are considered "older" tastes. My experience in life however has been that what was once considered the "standard" tends to become the standard again at some point in the future.

When people get tired with lite, flimsy, and poor quality, things will change again, but prices will just keep going up.

If I knew I would live another 20 years, I'd have new high quality cabinetry made and replace what is in the coach.

I appreciate your comments guys, but both answers are a bit disheartening. I was looking forward to an upgrade from our 2003 Dynasty but even the 2013-2016~ish Cornerstones I feel are not really that much better, if any, than what we currently have, just newer and a bit more flashy. I do like the idea of 605 HP but my little 400 ISL does everything I need it to do and doesn't have all the emissions crap on it.

I agree that people these days buying RV's don't really know what quality is and therefore are enthralled with all the "fluff" that manufacturers are installing yet that fluff will be the stuff that goes awry as time goes on and will need more and more attention. Our Dynasty is more of the meat and potatoes platform and although it doesn't have all the fluff, it does have nice solid cabinetry and solid bones from the ground up which matter more to me than the flashy tile and multiple USB points.

I think the wife and I have decided to keep what we have for the time being and maybe start looking again as we get nearer to retirement in another 6 or so years. Although I did see a 2006 Signature that caught my eye and the wife saw a 2007 Magna she liked. My thoughts were that they are more closely built to what we have in our Dynasty but with just a few more amenities but worried if only stepping up a couple of years is worth the outlay of cash or not.

I appreciate your feedback.
