Cornerstone Wins Out

We left Lexington Texas after our camp out with Good Sams SLOW POLKS going to NIRVC in Louisville Tx. We had an appointment to get our MACERATOR RECALL done and a chip repaired in our windshield. Also got Tino to wash & wax. I was very happy, got there at noon Thursday & left @ noon Sat.

THAT is not the story I want to tell though. Saturday Morning Nirvc had a BRUNCH for all that would come. Everybody knows that I don't miss any free meals. (eat your heart out GENE). Nirvc had all their NEWMARS open.
We went into ESSEX, absolutely beautiful. The main thing I saw was Memory buttons for drivers seat. ENTERGA (TADD) that would be nice.
Sitting in drivers seat the windshield made me feel boxed in. The 1/2 bath was to small for me. Especially when I make quick rest stops & go running down the hall to the restroom. We had a great time looking at the NEWMARS but that helped us appreciate our CORNERSTONE that much more.
When we got back to our coach they were finished with washing & waxing.
It looked like a new silver dollar. I have used the macerator and so far Scott, you did a very good job.

I'm trying to get as much wisdom and information as I can from the forum... just bought a new 2016 Aspire 44R. Anyway, you mentioned a macerator recall, and I wanted to find out whether my coach is affected. Where did you learn about it?

No, your coach will NOT be part of the recall. The Sani-Con system was a brand new system when the 2016s came out with a larger hose and a much more powerful turbo macerator. This caused a problem whipping the hose with the original placement until it broke. Entegra soon discovered the problem and working closely with Thetford worked out a great solution that Entegra immediately installed on the line at the factory. There were less than 200 built before the change and Entegra immediately sent all of us a kit to fix the problem and a letter telling us to make an appointment to get it fixed. Tommy just got his fixed and we will have ours fixed as we head back north this spring. In the meantime we are using the slinky hose at our winter home in Texas. Good job Entegra! A great job of quickly jumping on a problem and working with a great vendor to get and implement a solution. All JMHO
