Countertop care

Just curious,
I know Quartz specifies to clean with only water, no windex. Not sure what ours are made of? What do you guys and gals do?

Bruce I'm not sure about your Cornerstone but I believe mine are Corian on the Anthem. We just use an antimicrobial spray and/or Dawn dish washing detergent to clean ours.

According to Joyce mine are Quartz. Quartz I think recommends using water only, no Windex or cleansers

From what I've read Quartz counters should not be that touchy otherwise why have them? I read one site that recommended using mild soap and soft cloth for light soil, a putty knife for built up soil, and degreaser for grease.

We have had Quartz countertops in the S&B for 12 years. Used everything you can imagine to clean them except abrasive cleaners. No issues and finish is still like new. We do the same in the coach.

I use Awesome spray cleaner for taking the hairspray off, finished with Counter Top Magic. Counter tops look fantastic.

Quartz isn't very picky and it's pretty much bullet proof. You can use most any cleaner within reason as long as it isn't very abrasive.
