Out of Warranty

Although the coach is out of warranty as of June 2020, Entegra/NIRV has been dealing with this particular issue since long before the warranty expired. NIRV has already attempted to correct the problem twice before. It has become a chronic problem that in my opinion they are obligated to fix under its warranty program.
I will say this about Entegra, they are probably the best when it comes to warranty repairs. They have gone out of their way in the past (I've been an Entegra customer since 2013) regarding warranty fixes and that is why they have kept me as a customer all these years.
