Been fighting with the android app and original iPad. Firefly was no help, can someone tell me how they are entering password. Entering the Wifi router connection and the 2015 shown as password does nothing.

If you set your “classic” iPad to auto update, and you are past 12.2, you are SOL. According to Apple 2nd level help desk, unless it is a beta version, not the case here…you are SOL, you can’t fall back, according to them. Crestron will not update for the latest versions. If you can fin or buy a used iPad with no update, you might be able to transfer the s/w from your current iPad ( good luck). Otherwise, grouching at Entegra will do no good either.
