Happened to mention my wife's recent cervical fusion surgery while talking to Entegra CS the other day. Yesterday DW received a card, not only signed by, but best wishes expressed by what looks like the entire staff.

Same thing for the birth of our Granddaughter. We were in Middlebury in early August - the birth was in mid-September. Card arrived right after Joyce asked if the baby had shown up yet.
Pretty impressive.
