Dining on patio side only if it can be done in a narrow slide. A deep slide cuts into our outside patio space.

Don't like reaching bending under a deep slide. Deal breaker for us.

Frig in rear of slide

Yes, use the bedside tables

Yes for fan in salon

Yes for storage in steps

Would want the kitchen galley located in the rear of the slide. Putting kitchen and or the frig in the front of a slide moves a huge amount of weight forward onto the front axle.
I basically agree with the above, but not sure about frig in the slide.

If given the option, would probably select a queen bed to get bigger bedside tables.

Booth or Table and chairs dinette Table and chairs, feels more like home whereas the booth feels like a diner to us.

Bath and a Half or one bath One bath, we travel alone and the extra bath is wasted space for us.

Dining on driver side or on patio side Drivers side, mostly because we prefer the kitchen on the passenger side.

IF THE DINING IS ON THE PATIO SIDE---would it make a HUGE difference to you if that slide was larger and the basement on that side was less convenient to get to, but still accessible Not a HUGE concern.

Refrigerator in the back of the salon or front (obviously depends on floor plan, just looking for preference) Back and preferably on the same side as the kitchen.

Do you use the bedside tables ??? Want them or not Yes, like to have the clock there, also a good place for phone.

Ceiling fan in salon ?? Me: No, DW : Yes

Floor storage under entry steps ?? Sounds like a nice idea.

What other either/or questions would you add (I am mostly interested in floor plans, I know there are many other items on the overall coach, but mainly asking about floorplan options).

Thanks
The only other must haves for us are a king size bed and no carpet on the main cabin floor. Carpet on the slides and bedroom are acceptable, but if we had the option of no carpet at all that is where we would go.

I'm too new at this point to know better, but it is interesting to see some of the common likes and dislikes.

I like this survey. I think it covers a number of basic floorplan issues that many of us have had. Following are my choices:

Booth or Table and chairs dinette Table and chairs for the most part, especially with a wide buffet area capable of storage or computer printers, laptop storage, etc.

Bath and a Half or one bath In my opinion a bath and a half can be handy but it takes away from living area. I would like one on a 45' floor plan "IF" the floor plan was laid out correctly, but not on a shorter floorplan. I noticed that the results so far are split on this so it appears that there is a market for both floorplans.

Dining on driver side or on patio side Driver side. We spend more time cooking or using the other furniture and less time in the dinette so it gets relegated to the driver side. Also, the deeper slideout depth intrudes too much on the patio area and access to basement storage.

IF THE DINING IS ON THE PATIO SIDE---would it make a HUGE difference to you if that slide was larger and the basement on that side was less convenient to get to, but still accessible See above

Refrigerator in the back of the salon or front (obviously depends on floor plan, just looking for preference) Back of salon

Do you use the bedside tables ??? Want them or not Definitely want them. And, want them alongside the head of the bed, not pushed forward to where it's too hard to access them.

Ceiling fan in salon ?? Nope.

Floor storage under entry steps ?? Every little bit of storage helps. A hinged tread over a box enclosure or a drawer can be great for mud shoes, dog leashes, tools, etc.

What other either/or questions would you add (I am mostly interested in floor plans, I know there are many other items on the overall coach, but mainly asking about floorplan options). Face it, this is the information age. Decent sized desks for computers, etc are in high demand. They can also be configured with pop-up or fixed mount LED TV screens. Placing the desk opposite the sofa is perfect for watching TV. That's probably why Precision Paint is getting plenty of requests for this upgrade.

Thanks

Booth or Table and chairs dinette - Hate booths, preer chairs that move!

Bath and a Half or one bath - bath is fine, why waste space on the half?

Dining on driver side or on patio side - have had both, no preference.

IF THE DINING IS ON THE PATIO SIDE---would it make a HUGE difference to you if that slide was larger and the basement on that side was less convenient to get to, but still accessible - No slide on that side!!

Refrigerator in the back of the salon or front (obviously depends on floor plan, just looking for preference) - Back

Do you use the bedside tables ??? Want them or not - Where else does one put the alarm clock, glasses, and other odd stuff?

Ceiling fan in salon ?? - Handy

Floor storage under entry steps ?? - ?? It would be a PITA to get to. OTOH a cupboard next to the entry steps might be nice.

What other either/or questions would you add (I am mostly interested in floor plans, I know there are many other items on the overall coach, but mainly asking about floorplan options). - Should be able to use the coach with the slides in. That is make a meal and use the bathroom. Can crawl over the bed. The point is to be able to stop without being too obvious that one is using the facilities.

Thanks
You are welcome. ;-)

Exactly all the same answers for us.
