Custom RV Red Bay AL
Just wanted to give a review of a certified Entegra warranty provider. Took my Aspire in to Brannon at Custom RV for some punch list things, a slide issue, and an Aqua Hot problem. Brannon did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations. Everything is fixed and working properly. Everyone in his shop has years of RV repair experience. It's nice to deal with a small shop who knows their stuff.
Highly recommend them for warranty repairs or custom modifications. They are a class act.

I second that, we meet Brannon 12 years ago when we owned Tiffins and he has become a good friend. He is about the only shop that I trust.

Brannon used to run the Zephyr line at Tiffin before he went on his own. He has a loyal following of Tiffin owners who would rather that Brannon works on their coach than the Tiffin service center. He's a hard worker and does quality workmanship. I'm glad to see that he is on the Entegra authorized service center list.

Mark and other former Tiffin owners, you'll probably remember this ... mid-Dec 2013, several Tiffin Owner's Forum Members (TRVN) were trying to figure out where Brannon was ... answer, "Brannon is out of town this week attending, of all things, an Entegra maintenance school" ... and the rest is history!!. Add my high recommendations for Brannon's work to all of the above.

Custom RV has done warranty work for me on 3 occasions. Very satisfied with Brannon and his crew. I will also be using him for repairs now that I am out of warranty .He is prompt, efficient, and reasonable, besides just being a great guy. It is getting harder to find people like him these days.

Now if I could find a shop to do a front end alignment and fix the slop in my steering wheel I would be set.
