It's called "Event of the Day"...every manufacturer builds them in for our continuing entertainment and frustration. It also keeps these forums up and running...good for the economy.

I was referring to those who fit that description. If the horns fit the bulls head, or the shoe fits...what can I say?

O! OK! I guess you were just responding to some ones earlier post. When I was going through some posts I noted some sarcasm when I was reading through your post. I guess I should have followed the post to see what caused you to get go after some earlier members post.

I've talked to at least 5 other Entegra owners in the last month here at Lazydays that have had a less than pleasant experience so far with there new coaches. One in particular had his kitchen counter crack within a week of purchasing. All from less than adequate bracing on the pullout. He was VERY FRUSTRATED with the response he was getting from customer service.
I agree with Bullheaded about owning a TS. We had absolutely no issues with ours and expected at least a comparable coach with our Entegra.

That's shocking. That's the complete opposite of our customer service experience. Honestly, I've never experienced a better, more responsive, customer service dept. They've bent over backwards for us and while we've had the typical new coach issues, they've handled everyone better than we have expected.
We were in Vegas a week ago and met 4 Entegra owners and all had experienced issues here and there but were happy with the coach/Entegra.
Hopefully, your issues get resolved and you enjoy your coach.

I just left LD today and talked with a few
Entegra owners by the crown club and they all were in love with their coaches but they all had nothing good to say about the service quality at LD. Maybe bull is talking about the bad dealer repairs. I just experienced more problems caused by LD than you could believe with our Discovery. I was going to buy an anthem from them this week but cancelled negotiations and left today. Plan was to order the anthem then go to the factory for a tour on the way back home. LD service ruined the sale. Salesman was good but said he understood. Still going on the tour and will start negotiations with others.

You can probably find the price you're looking for from RVOne in Orlando, but their service doesn't have the best reputation. CS from Entegra is great, but several have found better services in FL elsewhere from RVOne and LD. Others say LD is great. Maybe those LD Entegra buyers experience is better because their coaches had fewer problems and the problems could be handled by LD.
There are two very unhappy Entegra owners (that I'm aware of) who have had issues and believe they haven't been taken care of by anyone well. I don't know their whole story as I've heard their side in this forum and I've heard a little from the company. The stories don't jive. I won't comment on who I believe, because I haven't hear the stories face to face from both. All I knw is i'm happy with Entegra, and I've been working a real tough head scratcher with them and Spartan. I don't live inFL, so i don't have to worry about LD or RVOne.
My prediction, you'll be VERY happy with an Entegra.

I know I will be pleased with an Entegra. One of the owners you talked about that isn't happy I have met in Florida. You couldn't make them happy if you gave them a million bucks. I feel you need to expect issues and have the attitude that its just part of this lifestyle. Those that you can't make happy no matter what should buy a house and drive the contractor nuts. They will only meet their neighbors and eventually they won't like them and they are stuck. Thanks for your insight, we are excited with the prospects of being part of the E club.

Pops Youell
I have yet to met an Entegra owner that was not pleased with his RV or with the Customer Service. But, I did attend the dinner in Tampa this past Jan or was it Feb, and there was a person who did seem to be very unhappy. I am very satisfied with my 2012 42' DEQ Aspire and the factory customer service is the best I have had in my 12 years of RVing.
