Customer service after the sale?

Hi everyone,
I am interested in hearing from those of you who had/have issues with your Entegra coach and how the customer service follow up has been. I'm looking at both Entegra and Newmar for a DP. Currently I have a gasser, by Newmar and the CS has been spectacular. Entegra has some beautiful coaches. We are going to upgrade in the future to one of these two choices. I'd like to hear your experiences

You will not find any better. I have owned most of the brands over the years and Entegra has by far been the best after the sale of any that I have owned

I've owned 5 coaches - including Newmar.
Entegra stands head and shoulders above the rest, though Newmar was quite good too.

Absolutely outstanding customer service - for the two years of warranty and well beyond. Anytime we have a problem they are still helping us with out long out of warranty coach. When we have needed new parts, they are shipped immediately at a reasonable price. They not only stand behind their coaches during the warranty period, they are there for you as long as you own the coach. And from the stories we've read on this forum, they extend the same courtesy to the next owners of your coach.

I am a "next owner" as we bought our unit used. Still had 6 months warranty which is way over now. Have to say, best customer service ever!!! They are just as nice and helpful now as they were when we were under warranty. You really do become part of the Entegra family!

This is great feedback. Thank you. I am looking at the Aspire line. Their price point is slightly better than the Newmar Dutch star. I am planning to view both at the hershey show next month

You can't go wrong with Entegra. Service has been great and never any excuses. The 2 year warranty is the best in the business and they have a history of helping
owners who are out of warranty. Joyce and her staff are the best.

We were on our way back from NASCAR @ Watkins Glen, NY, when the call came thru to check on " how we were doing"? It is delightful to get these calls at random times during our busy lives! When we mentioned that two shade motors failed during our trip.. Two new sets arrived today! I am very proud that my son and his wife and new baby just purchased their first Jayco product, the Jayfeather trailer for their new adventures!
