Rex, I have found, even with my Chevy pickup, I learned more on the Colorado forums in just a few minutes than I could ever learn from my Chevy dealer.
I am one of those that call CS as a last resort. They are overloaded now with over 3,000 Entegra's on the road and my chances of getting an experience rep on the phone seems to be less and less each time. It would be nice if there was a perfect email CS department, I couldn't agree more, or even access to online troubleshooting manuals.
I also have to pick a day, to go up to the MH to make that call and hope I can get a CS rep that can solve the problem. The search bar here has become my bible as I seem to have more success with that.
