Customer Service Number- Problem
Awhile back I found a post that listed a name and phone number of a women who resolved some complaints, sounded like she was higher up in the customer service level . Looking for that number, not getting satisfaction from normal customer service number. Anyone have that persons name in number ?

What is the regular customer service group saying about your problem? And what is the problem, someone here may have a solution.

Also, there are 7 or 8 customer service people, some more knowledgeable than others. If we knew what you are having trouble with, we could give you some help.

I may have gotten issue resolved, was having trouble getting a replacement furnace on my brand new motorhome. I got the ok to purchase a new one , overnighted to me as we are leaving in 2 days for 3 week trip.

Most of us here on the forum would have had little information about operation of a "furnace" as few of us have them, but we are going to learn a lot of new stuff on here with the advent of new models of Entegra coaches,
