Went to use my Nav system on me infotainment system
Called Rand McNally and was told to down load dock software

I used the Mac 64 bit version its what I have and tied this on my 32 bit Mac with the 32 bit down load

Both times I get an error of installation process on both my laptops 64 and 32
I start with theGPS card in my computer and start install it backs up the card then when I say English right after that I get and error of install failure

I am installing the Dock software in to my Mac and not on the card
not sure what version of Rand GPS I have went thru my manuals and no manuals

Your SD card may be corrupt. Sometimes they will shut down the computer or won’t take the software. I would try to download the software again. We use Microsoft computers to update the software.

I had similar challenges with my 2017 coach.

I had to use a windows laptop instead of my Mac.

The worst thing is when you get it working Rand McNally is still not very good. Don’t trust it. At least use your phone and Rand McNally.

Rand McNally during and after the bankruptcy has been flaky. There was a period of time the Dock software was not even working. RM blamed it on a Ransomeware hack, while hiding the fact they were into BK and not actively supporting their products.

Suggestion, is get a Windows computer to do the update from, a friend or even the library if you do not have one. I would not put faith that RM has the Mac side of the software working. The current update is probably going to be the last and final as the RV units have been discontinued along with future support. They may have map updates for a fee, but no longer support updates.

That sovled the issue
dug out an old pc and it fixed in in a few min

That is what I like about Entegra IRV2. someone always has the answers

now going to see about getting dash AC to work
watched the compressor and its cycling on an off a few sec at a time
maybe it low on freon but if so must be a leak. worked when I left NIRVC for first 150 miles then quit
