Dash Sony AV Receiver Issue

I just down-sized to an 2020 Entegra Esteem 29V a few days ago. When I got home and plugged into shore power and shut everything down, the dash Sony
AV Receiver unit would not shut off. I have tried everything within the controls to shut if off, but nothing does. There is no on/off switch. On another site, it was stated that the only way to turn it off was to disconnect the coach batteries, but that doesn't make sense because that also shuts down the refrigerator. It was also stated that is the way Entegra installs it.

I'm going to contact Entegra in the morning, but can someone with a similar coach shed some light on this issue?

I had a Sony that you pushed the volume knob in to turn it off. My Chevy in dash radio is the same.
