Dead speaker

One of the ceiling speakers has no sound. All the others are fine. Does the whole thing pry down or just the grill part? 2014 Anthem.

Make sure you are not testing the surround speakers. I never could get sound consistently out of those. It seemed to depend on how the original source was recorded.

I also used the speaker test function. Got white noise out of all but that one.

Ray,

Grill part should pry off first to expose the screws that hold speaker to ceiling.
