DEF head failures

Have there been any DEF head failures on Cornerstones? Facebook said NO. If true that would be good news for me.

I have had two fail on Cornerstones, on a 19 the other a 21 both with less then 2,000 miles. There are many Cornerstones with failed DEF heads. Several posts on this page under the different DEF posts.

When did Facebook become the source of “The Truth”?

Is there a difference between DEf head and the Sensor?
I just found out a 2020 Winnebago Horizon had a DEF Sensor go.
Now I’m worried.

Not really, both terms are synonymous for containing the DEF sensors that are failing.

It has been reported that Freightliner has far fewer DEF problems. Fewer but not none.

I missed that. I thought that the big problem was with Shaw sensors. Do you have a link to the stats?

I was going to try to replace my shaw tank and sensor with Freightliner, I may have to rethink that....
