Deionizer systems

Probably discussed, but searching doesn’t always pan out with most current info. What is good to carry on your Entegra? Thanks

Should be quite a few threads on Deionized water on here. I assume you want to have it for washing the coach for spot free rinse? I copied a few on here and made my own from parts from the hardware store and buy the resin on line from a place called Bulk Reef Supply. Attached is an image of the stick, with quick connects, etc. Just remove the spray head to flush out the old resin, and add new. Usually get to use about 6 washes before I change. Works well on the coach and our auto's for final rinse.

I carry a CR spotless rinse system. It takes up a bit of room but well worth it when a mid trip wash is in order

Here is the one I built. A lot of nice input form others that made improvements. At the end there is a link to the DuPont canister that has the bypass and shut off built in. This one works great with a pressure washer. https://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/if-...it-339615.html

Here is the link to the complete wash system. I have since upgraded to a Ryobi Pressure washer sold at Home Depot, takes up less room and has changeable tips.

That should work fine, it's the same principle as the home built one. One thing I do see, the nozzle with it uses too much water which will use the resin up much faster. All that is needed for a spot free rinse is a fine spray after a fresh water rinse. I am sure Unger's profit is selling more resin.

I have a second unit that I use at home for washing the windows. I found a good fine mist nozzle at Lowe's. It was one of the 7 pattern type nozzles.
