Digital Dash Push Button Control Not Working

Got my 2019 Cornerstone out of storage for a short trip this weekend.
noticed the Push Button on the rotating controller for the digital dash
is not working. Pushing it or Holding it in does nothing. The rotation
portion of the knob works fine. Anyone else have this issue? What did
you do to fix it without having to get a whole new rotating controller
from Entegra?

Thanks
Don

Try killing the 12v switch by the door. Go to the back right compartment where the chassis batteries are. Turn off the two battery switches. After minute or so go and turn everything back on. Hopefully that should solve your problem.

This is on my punch list, a problem since just after purchase. I think mine is dirty contacts as the problem is random and when it does surface, pressing the button with 3 fingers spread out over the button a little harder than the usual "press" gets the job done for me.

I changed the control knob that Spartan thought was the problem with a light on my dash, but it was not. Spartan told me they had some bad switches on the 19's. They are easy to change, 4 nuts and a plug. Two of the nuts were loose, so it was a good thing I changed it. Heard from another member his was bad at delivery and had to be changed. It is an easy replaced item, they are a Spartan part, not Entegra.

What Chuck said. They had to replace my controller before we even left the parking lot.

Chuck, out of curiosity, how do you get behind this control panel. Is it snapped into the plastic woodgrain looking console panel, or is the plastic woodgrain looking panel snapped into the wall paneling below? Since mine is a punch list item, I'm going to wait for Entegra or Spartan, but I would sill like to know how to get beneath those controls. My pedal adjustment switch has not worked from purchase either, so I am wondering if the connections below were done in a haphazardly manner.

Dewey, the side panel unscrews then pulls up. I only unscrewed the front to be able to get to the control knob. IIRC it was about a 10 minute job. I did it twice, checking both switches, neither one corrected my problem. But I did learn how to change the control knob.

Besides the info given I use a 60s drag racing technique. If you want to do it in short distance use chalk. I do longer distance and use tire paint. Put a stripe across each tire. Drive for a while (as much straight line as possible) and check the wear. Should wear pretty evenly. If lots of paint left on outsides you are over inflated and running on just the middle of your tire. If lots of paint left in middle of the tire you are under inflated and running on the outsides. If paint on just inside or outside of tire you may have alignment problems. Should wear the paint or chalk off evenly.
