Direct TV windward antenna

i have some channels where i get a 771 code meaning no sat or weak for that channel i have direct tv coming out and i want to know what is the antenna selection for the set up in the Direct TV menu
I think that is the problem my dealer just slopped thru every thing and i think he just picked on and said done, in case the Direct TV tech should ask (not sure he will) what is the LNB antenna to use for the sat receiver

sorry i guess as usual im not clear the dish antenna on the roof it needs to match the selection what the receiver is set at
like 17dish or 13 dish that stuff im talking about
the one in my house is
17 slimline-3s (swm)
im looking for this type of info
there are many to choose from just trying to get the correct one incase the Tech don't know about RV's

Is it the Winegard Traveler? If so and it is a newer model, it will be the SWM. Any Direct TV tech should be able to identify the dish type by looking at it.

Winegard it the one to call for setup of their system. Most Direct TV installers don't have a clue. It's like calling Direct and asking for the RV Service Dept.
