….distance, total amps and wire gauge have to be considered....lots of apps on the internet will do the calculation for you--just plug in the numbers.....OPs question was limited to powering fridge and bat charger [assume he is floating the bats], he wont need much of an extension...minimum of 12 gauge, 10 gauge would be nice, 50 amp cord [6-gauge] will handle about all you can draw...just remember, the calculation begins with your input voltage, so if your house is already low, like 110v, then 5% of 110v is a smaller/less acceptable number.....NLT 5% voltage drop seems to be an industry goal…...
