We finally have a need to use the hide a bed air bed. Now it wont go back in due to a bar that has to hit the right spot under 1 metal flange and over the other metal flange that are mounted to the wall slide out before it will go in. Anyone else go through this.

With ours, we have to exert a little pressure on the bed frame towards the wall to get it past the flange that locks it in place, otherwise we start tearing the material on the support frame of the couch with the bar.
Does yours have 2 bars on the rear wall 1 flat and 1 at a 45 degree angle on the left side. Like mine that the bar fits into or are they both flat. The left side I have to pinch my arm in to the opening pull the bar up hard just to get it to close up hard to do alone. If at all. Seems like they should both be flat
