Do you wonder what kind of folks work at Entegra ?

We are coming up on 2 years and have our PDI scheduled for the end of March, it has been scheduled for 9 months.... Due to an injury I had to have a surgical procedure done on my shoulder....I called the desk that schedules the PDI to move the date to early summer. They were booked up until late summer. This would conflict with our plans so I declined...They even offered to help by finding a driver...Today I recieved a Get Well card signed by Joyce and many people in their offices....I am humbled by their kindness... Les

It is called a good customer oriented business plan.
Parties with beverage and food while you wait for service, hands-on customer interface, and a 2 yr warrany are all about keeping folks happy. They are costs that do flow to the bottom line, but happy peeps builds brand loyalty.

Sorry about your shoulder get well quick! Be aggressive with Physical Therapy don't risk Frozen Shoulder Syndrome.

Same here. Grounded for 3 months by shoulder surgery. Received get well card from Joyce and others, nice touch. Have sent email to Joyce on Friday evening or Saturday not expecting response until Monday and get phone call from her on Saturday. Awesome customer service.
