Does anyone have a clue on the CCI Update email?
Received an email about a Valid screen update in the Entegras...does anyone have a clue what there is all about? My Bluetooth etc. is dead and nobody has a clue why, but now they want to fix something that is dead?

Chuck what I saw it only pertains to 23,24 and 25 model years.

I was surprised to see it going to 21 owners. I have my dash torn apart trying to find the short to my dash unit. Would have been nice if an update would have fixed it.

Yeah they put out a second email saying it should have only gone to 23, 24 and 25.

I got that note then a few minutes later I got a note that clarified the first note saying that the FIX was only for 2023 - 2025 model years. The original note was sent to everyone when I should only have been sent to 2023 and newer DP owners.

Working on the MH all day and didn't see the second email. It would have been nice if it covered 21's and fixed my problem. No further ahead than I was yesterday.

Just read the update in detail. Everyone one of those my Rand McNally equipped 21 dash needs, it doesn't even work.
