I just re-read all of these posts and all of the problems listed have been with vendor supplied items. Only one repair was on the Entegra side...a small plastic slide block and slide noise.

I did have a build problem with my coach, Entegra took it back and made it right. All of my repairs since then have been vendor items. If the suppliers would quit turning out junk and they all had a Joyce, we would have perfect MH's.

Yeah, I like your comment here. I've had numerous minor things go wrong so far with my Cornerstone, and while it's frustrating when it happens, it is a little bit fun to challenge myself to try to fix things myself. Each time I do, I learn something new, and it's a feeling of accomplishment too.

It even has inspired me to become more handy here at the S&B. Things that in the past I would've hired out or just let go, I now am more motivated to fix.

Now if I could just get my non-functioning turn signals to work, I'd be batting 1000. Unfortunately, I think it's beyond my technical abilities so I have to take it to the service center. Hopefully it'll be a quick fix for them.

I feel the same way.

Fortunately, I too have had very minor problems, ALL vendor issues... Unlike many on this forum, I'm a little dangerous with tools :( I'm going to tackle Brobox's Eternabond project, that seems pretty straight forward and well worth the effort!! Danny

It took a solid 3 years to get our 2011 Aspire sorted out. Joyce and the rest of the CS team stood with us all the way. Wanted to give up many times, but Joyce has the way of ensuring they are with the customer til fixed properly. We had repeated issues, even let Entegra try out a new roof sealant ( that didnt work) and they had that removed and corrected. But YES , Entegra will get it right. They have gotten alot better since my model of Coach it seems. Just keep in touch with CS and let them know issues and plan to correct. It gets better!
