The key fob and the number key panel on outside of my 2014 Anthem
will not lock or unlock the door. I have changed the battery in the key fob.
Is there a fuse or reset somewhere?

Call customer service - the main "box" for this is in front of the passenger seat under the plastic insert on the dash. You can push a button on it and see if it resets - ask CS - if it doesn't you may need a new one and then you will need to retrain it. Been there, done that. Always keep your small key with you in case this happens so you can get back in your coach. My opinion only!

Sounds like you will have to re-program your door code into the door handle as well as the remote. The sequence is listed in the Trimark manual.

We have this happen once or twice a year. First see if they system is working, press lock with the key fob then manually open the door with the key. If the alarm goes off the system is working.

How we fix is very simple, take some sand paper and clean off the 2 little brass knobs in the door frame and on the door. That should do it.

The system uses millivolts and if these connectors get a little tarnish it won't work the door. We spend a lot of time near the ocean so we deal with this a lot. We never lock the door without having the key with us for backup!

I keep the full set of spare keys in the glove box of the toad. Glad I had them when my batteries were dead last week. I learned the remote can go out at any time.

That also gives me the spare remote to check if only one remote is working.
