Exclamation Door Handle popping open

Since then we have contacted Entegra CS and they provided a process to adjust the release handle. That didn’t work so they told me to contact the mfg PTL and they Privia video with step by step instructions. That didn’t work so now I am a lost for any resolution. This is not a isolated incident with Entegra and I looking for anyone that has fixed this issue. Thanks
So….On many paddle handles there is a spring that pulls the handle back after activation of the handle. If this spring is not strong enough, a road bump/ jarring could activate the handle so quick many times it’s not noticeable. This happens “inside” the mechanism and is difficult to see occurring. Changing out the “spring” for a stronger version may stop your issue. My two cents…..
