Our first window failed on the delivery drive, as I discovered it during the test drive.. as the salesman was shouting about what a quiet ride Entegras had.

Our second failed while driving faster than I usually do with about 35-50 MPH left quartering headwinds. There was a substantial amount of wind pressure on the side glass. We actually lost that window, and the regulator for the window behind the couch on the other side.

Doug, touche, it can and does happen. I had lunch several years ago with one of my insurance agents where MH travel came into the conversation. The stories he told me about high wind claims on MH's made a believer out of me and why I now park it in strong cross winds. Some won't believe it until it happens to them Thankfully the only thing I've lost was a slide topper and that was in NE sitting out strong winds. My fault for having the windward slide open.

Do you think because the window is partially into the front cap,and the rest into the side panel, maybe to much flex between them

I said last year at the Home Coming Event and again this year, that the driver's side window has to be rethought.

It has been! Entegra asked me last fall to get by with mine for a while as the window had been redesigned and the supplier changed but they were not available yet. Got my new one at NIRVC in March. Not long ago but have about a thousand miles on it and so far it has been quiet and reliable, appears to be a vast improvement a great fix from Entegra. JMHO and experience.

Read your post and called EC CS to inquire about Driver side window replacement instead of the upcoming scheduled service for ongoing problems with it. They, Mike, said they were not aware of a Drivers side replacement. I currently have the new designed small passenger side window by the door on order for replacement. Could you possibly be referring to it?

I was asked to get more information on the new Drivers window so if there is one they could get the ball rolling to see how they could help me. Any info like mfgr. contacts etc. would be helpful.

Thank's,
Pat

Nope, Don't know about that. NIRVC handeled it a put in the new drivers side window. Had two of the old one and always a wind whistle that Entegra could not fix. New one is quiet and I am a happy camper.[emoji2]

The original window in my 2017 Anthem drivers side window was a Lippert window. It creaked leaked and whistled. Entegra replaced it with another brand of window. It is better, however it is has significant wind noise in a cross wind.

I had three windows replaced the week before last, while in Middlebury for my PDI. I was not even aware that I had any delamination issues; the inspection found these three and Entegra replaced all of them.
