We have discovered a leak in the driver's window now that we're in the Pacific Northwest and encountering significant rain. It seems to come from the back corner and run forward on the inside pooling near the cup holder. I have wicked it into the cup holder and the cup holder fills up over night. Called the CS after hours number on Saturday morning and the mechanical voice told me I would get a call back. Ten minutes later I did, and it was Joyce herself! She hooked me up with a glass guy at our next stop, and he is planning on helping us today (Sunday) if his other work permits. Otherwise, first thing Monday. Joyce called us Saturday night around 8 PM her time to see if we had been taken care of. One word answer YES, even though the issue isn't fully resolved yet. Just one more example of her/Entegra's interest in making sure that things are RIGHT.
Anybody else had this leak, and if so how was it resolved?
