This is what we have found in our last 2 Anthems. If running on 30 amp, make sure 1 A/C unit is set to off, don't try to use the microwave and dryer at the same time. And don't use all the outlets on the same side of the coach. Plug your blow dryer in on the opposite side of toaster, coffee pot, etc.

If using 15 amp at a friends house you can use 1 A/C, the TV and led lights. Don't try to use your microwave and A/C at the same time. We run a 2nd 15 amp line directly to the fridge.

We have never changed the inverter setting, we leave them as the factory defaults. We just manage our power load.

Thanks for your input. You answered a question I have had that if the inverters will act as a load distribution center when on 30 amp. From your post, the answer is no. I have never had a load managements system, so I guess I won't miss it. At least I will have 8 batteries instead of 4.

I can't really understand why Entegra misses out on this feature.
Anytime you give up a feature you like, it is a bummer. Did you gain any features that your Bus did not have? Maybe you can soothe yourself with that.

As for the EMS, I have seen them on Winnebago, but I haven't seen them on American Coach, Monaco, Country Coach, and Newmar. Maybe I just missed it. Regardless, there are many major builders who don't install them. I wonder why? It would be a nice thing to have.

Marc, not a big deal, it can be that much to install one. I was just a little shocked when we took delivery and I went looking for it and did not find it.

you are right the two inverters need to talk to each other

my inverter is setup this was and you can set the inverter fro higher watts or wiring from 110 ac to 220 ac giving how you want to set it up

if they are all ready set to talk then and wired to do so then all you have to do is find the setting

but keep in mind not your every day inverter comes with ports or setting to do this
i am hoping you havea outback or trance inverter made for RVs and setting like this or you well find N to ground problems as thes systems are more setup for off gird home set grounds

Not sure they are into that much sophistication. I have two 2000 watt Magnums in my '07 Alante. Each one is wired to 4batteries, but there is a smaller gauge wire connecting BOTH banks of 4batteries. This acts as as "buffer" to over-draining one set due to a heavier load on another leg. Each Magnum feeds to its own breaker box which, in turn, supply a series of 120v. Loads.
