home. Ted Cook as you may know is the Southeast Regional Sales Manager. He is in Lilburn, GA for a few days and he decided to come over to our home here in Athens, Ga. It is Amazing how much Ted knows about the systems on our Entegra Coaches. Ted is a Walking Encyclopedia, I have been having a couple of issues and he went right straight to the issue. DW and I feel even more secure about being with the right company having folks like Ted.

Ted is amazing! I think he probably knows more about these coaches than any other single person. Do not pass up a chance to visit with Ted anytime you get a Chance. JMHO

Ted came from the Travel Supreme days so he has been around from the beginning, very knowledgeable.

We have talked with Ted Cook several times over the past few months and next week we finally get to meet him at the factory which we are looking forward to very much. Yes he always knew the answer to our questions !

He is one of the best. He certainly knows more about the coach overall than anyone else.

Took a tour of new factory with him, good guy and he has the Knowledge of the product for sure. Impressive!!

Ted is definitely a great asset and true gentleman. When my local dealership stopped carrying Entegra, I emailed Entegra Coach to find out where my next nearest dealer would be. In about 1 hour after sending the email, I received a phone call from one Mr. Ted Cook!! I told him I was looking at diving into RVing and Entegra was at the top of my list. He took time to answer my questions and was extremely gracious to me. He gave me his direct email and cell # and told me if I needed anything, to just email or call him. Now that is what I call customer focus and I'm not even a customer.....yet!! If he is a reflection of the personnel at Entegra, I know I have made a very wise choice in choosing Entegra.

I had the pleasure of having dinner with Ted last evening. I turned in my coach in @ NIRVC in Atlanta and Ted was their. I can't begin to tell you the wealth of information he has. I learned so much from our conversation. He has such a passion for Entegra coaches and them being built right, you could just see that he has given his heart & soul to the RV industry. What a gentleman!
