Electric side mirrors.

Left Entegra after final warranty visit and now notice neither side mirrors will adjust from drivers console control. I can move them by hand, so not bound. The only fuse I found is marked Heated Mirrors (10 amp) which is fine. Any ideas?

Jerry,
I would first try to reposition (or cycle) the center switch and move the opposite mirror then try it again on the other mirror. There maybe another fuse in the area beneath the driver area.......jack

Did any of the final PDI work that was done by a tech involve any of the switches in the console beside the driver seat? I would wonder if the wiring socket on the bottom side of the switch (on the inside of the compartment) or within the compartment itself was unplugged or separated while doing another repair and simply forgotten to reconnect. If nothing was done in that area, maybe not.

Yeah, already checked the switch connections, but thanks for the suggestion. I'll give CS a call this week.

Jerry,

The top fuse panel below the drivers seat is where the mirrors get their power from. Can you confirm that other items on that same fuse panel work, such as the entry step (with key on)? If the other items do not work then the problem may be with the small silver solenoid to the right of that fuse panel. If the solenoid is the problem a controlled tap with a screwdriver may get it working. Also I think key has to be ON for mirrors to work.

Follow up

I finally got a chance to investigate this. I ended up pulling the ignition switched fuse panel out and found the heated mirror power wire unplugged. Plugged it back in and all good.

Having the same issue on 2017 Aspire

We are having the same issue after leaving dealer. Where is the ignition fuse panel that was the problem. Checked the fuse in the compartment below the driver seat.

The ignition B+ fuse panel is below the drivers seat in the drivers side compartment. Check for power from the solenoid going to the fuse panel.
