Electrical settings
So I only have 20 amp service tonight. When I look at the vegatouch it shows that even though I’m plugged in, the coach is running off the inverters (AC Source showing inverter). When I look at the readout on the progressive i have mounted in-line it shows the power coming into the coach is ok. So....looks like the coach is getting power to it but it’s not recognizing it’s plugged in.
We have just finished a trip and plugged into both 30amp and 50amp with no problems (coach recognizes both 30 and 50 amp sources and works perfectly.
Any idea why I can’t get power from the 20amp source? Is there a setting somewhere on the vegatouch that I need to change?

Jim, I suspect you have Magnum "Hybrid" inverters which are activating to make up for the shortfall of power coming into your coach.
In other words, you have the 20 amp shore power supplying part of the power and the inverters drawing power from your house battery bank and inverting it into 110 volt AC power to cover the demand over & above what the 20 amp shore power is able to supply.
Below is a Magnum spec sheet which describes the operation of their Hybrid inverters.

On 20 amps, hold down the inverter button until you get to the inverter screen. Turn off both inverter and one battery charger off. The set incoming power to 20 amps if your VT will allow it to go that low.
I store on 20 amps and those are the settings I use. On 20 amps you will have to really manage your power is staying in the coach. Use diesel heat, etc. no electric.

I had an issue where the transfer switch was not communicating correctly to vegatouch. It was under reporting the voltage. The issue was the thin communication wire at the bottom the transfer switch ...

Joe, as you know I recently had a similar issue with the comm cable at the bottom of the transfer switch on our coach. But in Jim's original post, he reported recently being hooked up to both 30 amp and 50 amp power with no problems. So while I wouldn't rule out a comm cable problem, I doubt that is his issue.
But just in case, here is a link to a thread I initiated when I was having my problem:

Thanks to your post and it may be the OP's problem..........on the way to NIRVC to drop of my 19, it hit 98 degrees and I needed roof air. Started the generator, no AC only inverter. Remembering your post, next rest area and 20 minutes messing with the telephone wire plug at the bottom of the transfer switch. I got the generator power to work and had AC the remainder of the way including the overnight Walmart stop.

I have a 2021 Anthem and cannot seem to find a way to configure incoming power in the Vegatouch. Where do I find that screen? All the manuals I've read so far do not cover it. thanks!

Go to the inverter screen long hold the "inverter" tab on the home screen. That will take you to the inverter page. Bottom right side of the column list with be power in and also one on the left side for power out I believe. For 20 amp set the power accordingly.

With your coach being a 2021, the Vegatouch user interface will be different than my 2018, but for what it may be worth...
Below are two photos. The first one shows the home screen on my Vegatouch panel. Toward the bottom right of the screen, you'll see an icon that looks like a circular gear. If I touch that icon, the screen you see in the second photo comes up. In the upper left of that screen you'll see the heading "Shore Power" and arrows that can be used to adjust it up or down.
Again, your Vegatouch screens won't be exactly the same, but you should find something similar.
On edit, I see Chuck has explained it for you.

Here is a photo of the 21 Vega Tough. The 20 amp setting is in bottom right column set to 20 amp for my storage power.

I’m still working on the issue and thank you to everyone for the advice. I’m away from the coach so will try the suggestions when I get back to it later today. One thing I wanted to share has to do with the comment in this thread regarding the generator not starting. I had a similar issue and it turned out one of the main connections at the generator had picked up some water and was causing the problem. I dried it out, added some dielectric grease, wrapped it in plastic, and it solved the problem. Not sure if this is a common problem but it’s an easy fix.

That is a common problem and something that should be done on every coach. The plugs are not sealed at all, photo enclosed, even parked for long periods in humid climate, think Florida, can cause corrosion inside of the plug. The plug is on the left side of the generator, right where water get splashed up while driving in the rain. Notice there is no seal of the wires entering the plug. Good reminder for the number of new coach owners here. Quick easy fix that solves a problem later down the road. Even sealing it with silicone caulking works, I also use dielectric and rescue tape.
