Emblem generator vs shore power connection

We have a 2022 Entegra Emblem 36H that seems to have consistent electrical problems but they come & go. Last summer, our generator kept tripping the top breaker, then suddenly it stopped. Last week I went to our storage unit to check her out before our spring trip & the generator was again tripping the top breaker (GenSet code 27). I came back 2 days later, started the generator with the top switch off, and tried flipping the top breaker. After 5 or six tries it worked & the generator was providing power to run both coach AC units.

So we left for our trip and last night stopped at a campsite with 50A service & everything seemed to run ok. But tonight we’re at another campsite & I’m connected to 50A service (my surge guard confirms everything is ok!) but my microwave is not on & AC won’t run - indicators that I don’t have shore power feed. I fired up the generator & the top breaker tripped. I reset the generator, turned off the 50A electrical at the box, flipped both genset breakers off, started the generator, flipped both breakers & got the microwave to turn on. But shore power still doesn’t work.

Ideas????

It seems like you should have addressed this issue long before now.
When breakers trip and you need to force them to stay on, something is very wrong.

If you have any electrical experence,, open up the auto transfer switch and check for burnt, damaged wires or connections.

I would look at the transfer switch first. Then you will need to have someone look at the breaker panel. You can unplug and then check all connections at the breakers. You then need to start isolating the circuits to see what is causing your issues. Reach out to your selling dealer or any NIRVC service department. You could also be having an issue with your energy management center inside the breaker panel.

Along with what others said, the problem needs to be located or it could continue to short and cause damage. After the transfer switch tightening all of the wires. Have all power to the coach off, remove the covers of the circuit beakers above the driver seat. Tighten all of the neutral wire (white) and check the others for tightness.
