Energy Shed on Generator

Any idea why I’m getting the energy management notification while running generator? It’s shedding the front A/C while the generator is running with nothing else using electricity except for fridge and 3 A/C units.

You are using 5.88kw so you should have close to another 6KW left of what the 12KW generator can produce so I see no reason to shed anything at this time.

Keep in mind we have an Aspire, so we still are (comparatively) simple.

The last time I had something like that, I shut everything off including the salesman switch, let things sit for a few solid minutes and began turning things back on, starting with the salesman switch, then shore power, then A/Cs, etc.

This process shook whatever spurious electron loose and things began working as advertised.

Yes, a reboot might do the trick... Let us know.

It looks like your Vegatouch is having a brain fart. Try powering down (as others have suggested) and do a reboot.

Energy Shed on Generator

This is driving me crazy. Talked to Entegra a few months ago and they said that it’s normal for this to happen. I don’t believe it is normal. The generator should be able to run all three A/C without any issues when nothing but the refrigerator and basement freezer is running. Attached is pics from Vegatouch. Has anyone else seen this?
The first pic is with A/C 1 shed. The last pic is with manual override to force unit 1 on.

Here is an exam, ple of CS people who dont know what they are talking about, still talking.... You can run just about everything in your coach simultaneously with no problem with your 12.5 Onan..... You have something else wrong.

Bad shunt giving a false reading??

Have you tried a 12V reset from the salesman switch? Amazing how many issues can be rectified.
