Engine Compartment not opening

I just got my 2021 Entegra aspire back from having some repairs and I’ve noticed the Engine Compartment door wasn’t shut all the way on passenger side. I attempted to open but drivers side is coming out more than passenger. It appears the Passenger side RAM IS NOT GOING BACK Into the housing properly, almost looks bent. I can only open about 10 inches. Any videos on how to remove pins on passenger side so I can fix this or order a new one?

Hi there
A similar thing happened to me on my 2018 Cornerstone, but the linkage was also bent as a result of the failed actuator. Had to unbolt the frame from the door to access the 2 actuators and fix. I can't say how your rig is setup, but may have similar configuration. Someone at an RV park turned me on to a replacement actuator (I replaced both even though only one failed) from Progressive Automations. He had an Anthem and as it turns out used the same part. https://www.progressiveautomations.c...31290949763139
